About Us

We started out initially with our staging to sell service but since then have grown as a company and now offer Virtual Staging, HMO Furnishing & Dressing, as well as Serviced Accommodation Furnishing. This means we can cater to different lots of different strategies and budgets, and help even more investors and landlords!

We’ve also featured on Channel 4’s The Great House Giveaway, staging a property for sale. Great fun and even better exposure!

I’m Natasha, I own Dressing Rooms and absolutely love what I do. 

I invest in property myself, therefore understand the challenges that property investors can face so at Dressing Rooms we aim to make the staging process as simple and easy as possible. I’m proud to say we’ve even won awards for our customer service so we must be doing something right!

I also know how important ROI is and know you want your property to perform the best it can for you, so I always recommend the service that is most appropriate for what you are trying to achieve. 

I’ve undertaken specialised courses in both property investment and home staging so really understand the entire process from start to finish. I am also a part of the Home Staging Association so have a wealth of knowledge and contacts, so I’m sure we’ll be able to find a way to help you.

What is home staging?

Staging (or dressing!) a property for sale involves physically furnishing a house so that it becomes more attractive to potential buyers.  At Dressing Rooms, we use stylish furniture to enhance a property’s features and to create a space where people aspire to live.

Why is home staging important?

Home staging is all about selling a lifestyle! One of the huge advantages a staged property has over any other is that it helps viewers to imagine themselves living there and it effectively sells the “dream life”.

Physically staging a property also means you have the furniture in place during viewings. This makes a huge difference as many potential buyers struggle to visualise how big a space is and how they would layout the room. Being able to touch, see and feel the furniture that is there means they don’t need to imagine – they can literally see themselves living there already!

How it works

  1. Get in touch for a quote.
  2. We agree a date for installation – the day where the magic happens!
  3. Our stagers transform your property and work with our professional photographer to create great photos.
  4. You receive the professional photos within 24 hours of the installation day.
  5. You can begin marketing the property and conducting viewings.
  6. We arrange to pack up and collect the furniture after 6 weeks.

Virtual Staging

What is virtual staging?

Virtual staging is digitally editing a photo to make it look furnished. It’s a great option for making empty properties more appealing to buyers by selling a lifestyle. Similar to traditional home staging, it enhances a property’s best features, showing off the space and making the listing stand out online.

The service

Our virtual staging service is easy and utilises our own experience with design and popular interior trends to produce gorgeous looking rooms. We suggest that our clients use professional photographs to get the best results, however we can work with high resolution smartphone photos. Please bear in mind, the better the initial photos, the better the end product.

This service is £40 +VAT per photo. For orders of 4+ this price is reduced to £35 + VAT per photo.

How it works

  1. Send us your photos and a brief description of what you would like.
  2. Our expert designers will pick out furniture to complement the room, keeping up to date with the most popular interior design trends.
  3. Within 3 working days you’ll receive the virtually staged photos ready for approval.
  4. When you’re happy, we’ll email across the photos ready for you to market!

Virtual Renovation

This type of virtual staging involves adding not only furniture, but paint, flooring and other fixings. Basically we can transform a building site into a showhome so you can market the property before it’s even finished.

This service is £55 +VAT per photo. For orders of 4+ this price is reduced to £50 +VAT per photo.
