We had a particular housetype that was difficult to purchasers to visualize so engaged with Dressing Rooms Home Staging via a personal recommendation. The process was efficient through quote, mood board/design then installation as well as being cost effective. The results are excellent and the feedback has been very complimentary. I cannot recommend Natasha and the team at Dressing Rooms enough. I spoke with Natasha as I was in a bit of a flap with a new kitchen design in a 7 bed HMO which she massively helped me with. I was knocking out 2 x walls in a property to create a new open planned kitchen/ dining area however there were some structural walls which were to remain and it was really hard for me to visualise how best to layout the room to maximise it's potential so in came Natasha to save the day! Natasha is so talented and was able to create the most amazing designs from a floorplan and some pictures I sent her. So much thought went into the design and Natasha also considered how easy it would be for my tenants to 'move around' the kitchen so not only did the design look beautiful, but it was also practical too which is so important in a shared house. With Natasha's experience, she was able to create the perfect kitchen layout to maximise the space for my 7 tenants and the design turned into a reality. I have also had Natasha virtually stage my properties which has meant that I have been able to let them in advance of the works being completed. The pictures are designed so incredibly well that it's hard to believe that they are not real! Natasha's pictures have also meant that I have been able to sell a property quickly and at a higher value as the buyers were able to visualise what they could do with the space. I have also seen first hand a physically staged property which Natasha and her team have done in a flip property and the furnitures and designs are enough for anyone to want to buy the properties they stage! So well thought out and so beautifully designed. Professional miracle workers and if you want a 5* service as well as 5* designs/ staging/ thought then you have to use Natasha and Dressing Rooms.
