We worked with Wharfedale Homes to design and furnish a showhome at Spa Gardens, their new build development in Gainford, County Durham. From paint colours to the finishing touches, we helped create a home that buyers could picture themselves living in.
- Country Living with a Modern Twist.
Inspired by the surrounding countryside, we chose greens, creams and natural textures to create a welcoming, aspirational home. The furniture and layout showed buyers how to use the space, bringing the rooms to life and giving each one a clear purpose.

Our showhome staging service included advice on paint colours, fixtures and fittings, alongside furnishing and styling the whole property. The finished showhome brought everything together, showing prospective buyers what they could achieve with a Wharfedale home.
