We can also do virtual renovation where we add paint, & flooring as well as the furniture.
Why is Virtual staging important?
Whilst it will never produce quite the same results as physical staging will, virtual staging does still have its place.
It can help with:
- rental properties
- enhancing images for social media
- showing mid-renovation how a property will look once finished (basically turning a building site into a showhome!)
- de-cluttering a photo for valuations
Good to know.
While professional photography is recommended for the best results, we can also work with high-resolution smartphone images. Please bear in mind, the better the initial photos, the better the end product!
How much is it?
Virtual Staging is £40 +VAT per photo. For orders of 4+ this price is reduced to £35 + VAT per photo.
For Virtual Renovation, the cost is £55 +VAT per photo. For orders of 4+ this price is reduced to £50 +VAT per photo.
